Karale in Kerala

In almost all the languages that we know of, we refer our lover with one organ that we hold dear, the HEART.
In English: my sweet heart, my heartthrob.
In Hindi, मेरा दिलरुबा (meri dilruda)
In tamil: என் அன்பே (en anpe)
But in Malayalam: എന്റെ കരളേ (ente karale) which means "my liver" !!!
May be that’s the reason why Kerala has a love affair with alcohol
